Joya Caprina is a boutique goat cheese producer located in Spain, dedicated to crafting exceptional cheeses using traditional methods. They raise their own Alpine goats to ensure the highest quality milk for their products. The founder, originally a chemical engineering graduate, left her university career feeling unfulfilled and chose to pursue her passion by reviving her grandmother’s cheese-making techniques. Her commitment to artisanal quality has helped Joya Caprina expand its reach, now receiving orders from across Spain.
